Facilitation

Facilitation & Training

Chipara has extensive experience leading & facilitating workshop trainings and meetings.  Our facilitators provide full-service support to any situation they manage. We handle curriculum development for custom workshops or coordinate agenda planning, pre-event planning and research as well as delivery our standard offerings if they meet a client’s existing need.

Since 2003, we have worked in several areas: non-profit team building and leadership sessions; business leadership training; change management workshops; and small to medium business owners support programs.  Additionally, we have designed and hosted events to help local and state agencies expand technology-based workforce development and training and pursue their economic development goals.

We have led groups and trainings as small three attendees to large scale groups of over 300. The larger the group, the greater the complexities, but the goal is always the same: create an atmosphere where people come together, share ideas, and learn. Our facilitators are adept at overseeing discussions of complex issues while maintaining a sense of civility, encouraging collaborative approaches to solving any issues that our clients need to resolve.

How we are different:

Psychographics and Emotionality Data

We use Psychographic and Emotionality data to improve community engagement and responsiveness. This approach allows us to improve meeting and workshop activities. Plus we can identify and engage with individuals who would want to participate.

Personality traits influence opinions and behaviors. The use of these traits is called Psychographics. Marketing professionals use Psychographics like demographics when creating target messaging to their customers. To learn more how this works, please go to Psychographics and Emotionality Explained.

Technology-based Economic & Workforce Development Experience

Technology Business has a huge impact on a local economy. It also allows for the development of work/live communities while lowering a community’s carbon footprint. In order to have successful tech-based economy, communities must also focus on attracting a workforce that companies will need.
